Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Scryptex Labs (“Scryptex Labs”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Scryptex Node — including this website, the Telegram Mini App, and the Android node software (together, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, do not pair devices or opt in to capacity sharing.

1. Who we are
Scryptex Labs operates Scryptex Node as a technology product and intermediary that helps users optionally share spare network capacity and receive variable rewards when capacity is used (Used Traffic). Motto: Share on your terms.
2. Scope of this Policy
This Policy covers:
- Visitors to scryptexlabs.com and related pages
- Users of the Scryptex Node Telegram Mini App
- Users of the Scryptex Node Android application / node service
Telegram is a separate platform with its own privacy terms. When you open our Mini App inside Telegram, Telegram also processes data under its policies. We receive the identifiers and context Telegram provides to Mini Apps as needed to authenticate you.
3. Categories of data we may process
3.1 Account & identity (Mini App)
- Telegram user identifiers and profile fields exposed to the Mini App (for example Telegram ID, username, language)
- Account timestamps, referral codes you create or use, and tier / referral progress metadata
- Support correspondence if you contact us
3.2 Device & node telemetry
- Device pairing codes, device labels, install/session identifiers
- Node status events (for example Online, Waiting for demand, Transferring)
- Technical signals needed for reliability: OS version, app version, connectivity type (e.g. Wi‑Fi), sharing on/off state
- Usage metrics for settlement (for example bytes associated with participating sessions)
- Consent and withdrawal timestamps / evidence (retained at least 24 months)
3.3 Network & location-related signals
- Coarse location context derived from network routing / IP characteristics (country or region level as needed for demand matching and fraud controls)
- We do not market Scryptex Node as a precise GPS tracking product
3.4 Payout & compliance data
- Payout destination details you submit (for example email for a payout rail, or voucher delivery details)
- Transaction history, request status, and anti-fraud review notes
- Limited KYC / tax information if required by law or by a payout provider for a given method or amount
3.5 Website data
- Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and performance
- Optional privacy-friendly analytics if enabled (configured to avoid unnecessary fingerprinting)
3.6 What we do not seek
Scryptex Node is not designed to read your personal photos, SMS, contacts list, or browsing history. Capacity participation is about consented connectivity availability — not content surveillance of your private files.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to:
- Provide the Service — pairing, Mini App features, status, balances (contract / steps prior to contract)
- Settle rewards — measure used capacity, prevent double-counting, operate payouts (contract / legitimate interests)
- Security & fraud prevention — abuse detection, farm quality controls, account protection (legitimate interests)
- Improve reliability — crash and performance diagnostics for the node and Mini App (legitimate interests; consent where required)
- Legal compliance — respond to lawful requests, keep required financial records (legal obligation)
- Communication — service notices in-app; marketing only where allowed and with opt-out where required
Where consent is required (for example certain optional diagnostics or marketing), we will request it separately and you may withdraw it.
5. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, databases, queues, CDN, logging (currently including cloud edge/hosting providers used to run the Service)
- Messaging platform interfaces — Telegram as the shell for the Mini App
- Network / capacity partners — operational data necessary to route consented capacity and verify usage (not a sale of your personal profile as a product)
- Payout providers — details required to send rewards you request
- Professional advisers & authorities — when legally required or to protect rights and safety
We do not sell personal information as a standalone consumer-data brokerage product. If our practices change materially, we will update this Policy.
6. International transfers
We may process data in countries other than where you live, including through cloud infrastructure. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (for example contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
7. Retention
We retain account, device, telemetry, and settlement records for as long as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, enforce Terms, and meet legal/accounting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it where feasible.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk — including access controls, transport encryption where applicable, and least-privilege practices for operators. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You can also stop a node, unpair devices, and limit participation at any time from the product controls. To exercise privacy rights, contact us through channels published in the Mini App or on this website. We may need to verify your request.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the higher age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may also be highlighted in the Mini App.
12. Contact
Privacy requests and questions: use the support channel shown in the Scryptex Node Telegram Mini App, or the contact method published on scryptexlabs.com when available.
