Telegram skill tournaments: a free way to compete for growing pots

Starting pots (guaranteed)
Each window starts with a seed so early players are not staring at $0:

Pots grow as more players earn tickets (ads). More players → bigger pot. That is the flywheel.
How to play (free)

- Play ranked Drop — practice mode does not count.
- Top scores split the pot when the window closes.

Honest limits
Not everyone gets paid every hour. Hourly tournaments are paused until there are more players. Ads fund tickets; seeds are real but small at the start. If that sounds fair, try it.
