Hosting on Cloudflare Pages. Firebase or Supabase free tiers where backend is needed. Open-source libraries instead of proprietary SDKs. Ads and subscriptions only after something real ships — never as a funding model for day-one experiments.
Why it matters for users
Products built under pressure to stay free-at-core tend to respect the user more. Fewer dark patterns, fewer forced accounts, fewer features held hostage. The studio eats the complexity so the download stays simple.
When a product earns, we reinvest — better UX, more languages, optional upgrades that actually add value. Until then, we ship lean.
