- Pricing that punishes casual users for basic tasks
- A problem we can ship in weeks, not quarters
- A path to revenue that does not require lying to users
What we ignore
Trend-chasing without retention. Categories we cannot support well. Features that only exist to justify a subscription. Building a second app in the same niche because the first one exists — each product has to earn its slot on the products page.
